Eligibility
Non-Food Services
All Clay County residents are eligible for clothing, household goods, baby items, and other non-food items.
Clients must sign a Referral Form either at our location or from a church, school, Red Cross, etc
Must have a photo ID, proof of address (printed; license, ID, printed bill, lease), and date of birth for all names of referrals.
Food
Residents of Orange Park, Fleming Island, only the zip codes 32073, 32065 and 32003.
Middleburg residents use the Food pantry at The Agape House at First Baptist Church of Middleburg, or Food Bridge in Middleburg.
Green Cove residents (and Middleburg residents) may go to the Food Pantry in Green Cove Springs).
Homeless persons in Clay County are eligible at The Clothes Closet. Clients must sign a Referral Form, have photo ID, and proof of address.

Obtaining a Referral
Clients can get a Referral Form from most Clay County churches, the Clay County Health Department, Clay County Public Schools, the Salvation Army, Red Cross, and most local government agencies. If you are not able to get a referral, clients can come directly to TCC and fill the form out there.
